The optional fields may not be showing up properly when printing from the ledger because they are only visible in the voucher entry and not in the ledger. Additionally, only the custom column of the optional field can be added to the report. Then you can print the ledger with optional fields.

If you are not able to print from BUSY after upgrade so follow these steps:
Step 1: Remove & reinstall printer driver once in system.
Step 2: Check printer in BUSY from hardware configuration as have you picked correct or not.
Step 3: If not printing from direct desktop so please check printer driver.

Yes, if the printer is not connected to the system, you need to ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer and turned on If still face the same issue then have to Install a Printer driver on the System, and for that, you can contact from Hardware person.
Why is my printer not printing PDF files from BUSY anymore? It used to print directly but now the files are saving instead of printing.
If the PDF file is getting saved instead of getting print from BUSY then make sure that the printer is properly configured in the hardware configuration.

1: Go to Configuration then click on hardware configuration Select print by default.
2: Select printer bydefault in control pannel.

What should I do if my invoice print layout is distorted after updating BUSY?
If invoice printing layout is disturbed after updating the BUSY software, then you need to check after restore a backup which you have take before updating BUSY. Alternatively, check after print any PDF or other file beyond the BUSY and check if is correct or not.
