Step 1: Printer is properly connected to the system
Step 2: You have selected the correct printer driver in BUSY
Step 3: Make sure printer page settings is proper as per the paper size
Step 4: If still unable to print from BUSY try to print from other software like excel,ms word etc if it is properly printed from it then you can check error and can try to solve it accordingly

Step 1: Open Control Panel on your computer.
Step 2: In Control Panel, go to the Hardware and Sound section.

Step 4: Choose your default printer, right click on it, and select Printer Properties.
Step 5: In the Printer Properties window, look for an option related to saving as PDF during printing.
Step 6: Disable or uncheck this option to prevent saving as PDF and enable direct printing.

 If the grand total information is missing in the printout then you can check the below points:
1. Check if the same issue appearing in Preview also
2. Check the paper size you have selected as per your format such as for standard format you should choose A4 size paper
3. If you are using standard format then sceen resolution should be 1024x768 or according to screen with text size as small.
4. Also check the Number of lines per page through hardware configuration as by default it should be 60
5. If you are using any advance format then check the page settings and number of lines as per section wise such as Body header and footer
