The invoices we create in BUSY are not formatting properly when we print them. The logo and columns look off. What should we check to fix this?

To fix the formatting issue and logo in BUSY invoices, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and click on configuration and select Hardware configuration.
Step 2: Select the appropriate printer driver and and specify lines per page 60 and top and left margin
set as per requirement and select shrink percent minimum 90 as per your design setting and save it.
Step 3: Go back to the Configuration tab and select Invoice/Document Printing and select standard format and voucher type.
Step 4: Check Logo path and height and width configure in BUSY properly and if use design format then check logo path and size of logo should be correct configure in the design format.

Some of my sale invoice printouts are getting cut off or split across pages incorrectly when printed. How can I resolve this preview and printing issue?

If some of your sale invoice printouts are getting cut off or split across incorrectly when printed 
then follow the steps
Step1 Go to administration menu and click on configuration and select Hardware configuration
Step2 select the appropriate printer here and and select Normal line 60 and top and left mergin
set as per requirement and select shrink percent minimum 90 as per your design setting and save it
Step3 Go to your windows home screen and right click on blank portion and select display setting then click on screen resolution and set screen 1366*768 and save
Step4 check the pages inserted in printer tray were adjusted properly

Why aren't e-invoice details showing on debit and credit notes in BUSY, even though it's enabled for invoices?

If you want to Print E-Invoice Deatils in Debit Note or Credit Note, follow these steps. 
Step 1: Go to Administration, select Configuration, and click on Invoice Document Printing.'
Step 2: Then click on Standard and select the Debit Note/Credit Note.
Step 3: Press 'Y' to print the E-Invoice QR Code & Print E-invoice IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date
Step 4: If you have an advanced or customized format, you can add the field for E-Invoice QR Code or IRN No., etc.
Step 5: Click on Advanced Format and select your format.
Step 6: Click on the option where you Want such as Header, Body, or Footer or set the alignment .

How do I print the terms and conditions for party agreement on the sales invoice ?

You can print the Party Agreement Terms and Conditions on the Sales Invoice by following the steps given below:
- Standard Sales Invoice Printing
1: Go to Administration Menu
2: Click on Configuration
3: Then click on Invoice/Documents Printing
4: Select Standard and then select Sales Invoice, here you will find the T&C box at the bottom right side of the window, here you can enter the T&C for the parties you want and save it.

4: Select the format and then click on Copy to Disk option and copy the format

How can i print the pan number and mobile number of party in standard print?

You can print the pan number and mobile number of party in standard print by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Then click on invoice and document printing after that click on standard
Step 3: Select the invoice such as sales,purchase etc
Step 4: Afterwards select the print party details option as Y to enable it then click on checkbox available at his right
Step 5: Tick the check box of print PAN and print mobile number and click on ok button and save the changes
Step 6: After that go to transactions menu and open the invoice such as sale,purchase etc and check the print preview of invoice

How do i print an invoice without transport details like station, e-way bill no.?

To print invoice without transport details like station and e-way bill then please follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Invoice/document printing
Step 4: Then click on standard option
Step 5: Select voucher and open the window
Step 6: Then click on Optional field/Transport detail printing shown in the left side of the window
Step 7: Then click on As mentined below option
Step 8: Then untick the particular option which you do not want to print in invoice printing then click on OK button
Step 9: Then save the configurations by click on Save button

Why is the software putting the wrong HSN code in my invoices?

If you're seeing the wrong HSN code on the printout in your BUSY, it's likely that the 
wrong code was defined in the item master. To correct this, you'll need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu.
Step 2: Click on "Master", then "Item", then "Modify".
Step 3: Find the item you want to modify. If you're currently in an invoice, you can keep the
cursor on the item name and press Alt+m to open it in modification mode.
Step 4: Define the correct HSN code for the item and make sure to validate it to avoid any
errors. Once you've done this, the correct HSN code should appear automatically on the
printout.

How can I add a condition or note to a sales invoice, such as adding interest if paid after days?

To add a condition or note to a sale invoice, follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration section and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose standard format and then click on sale invoice.
Step 3: Now, you can mention terms and conditions in the footer part.
Note: If you print the sale invoice in the design format, then you have to add conditions in the particular design format.
If you want to add notes or conditions in a specific sale voucher, you can use the narration option. However, please ensure that the narration feature is enabled from the standard printing configuration.

How to add company logo and signature image in invoice printout in BUSY?

To apply logo or background image in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administartion menu
Step 2: Click on the configuration option
Step 3: Click Invoice/documnet printing, select voucher type
Step 4: Provide path for logo and set height or widht for logo
Step 5: Click Ok to save configuration
Image should be in JPEG format
To change authorised signature in document printing, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to adminstartion menu, open configuration option
Step 2: Click Feature/Option, select General tab
Step 3: Open Configuration option of maintain user image and signature option
Step 4: Specify path of correct signature image
Step 5: Save the configuration of General Tab
Step 6: Enable print user signature from standard printing configuration
