The software is running slow. How can I troubleshoot?How do I activate new features like e-invoicing and e-way bill in BUSY version ?

If your BUSY running slow on your system, First you have to identify that on which system BUSY running slow server system or client system ( In case of multiuser license).
 If it is server system then can try the below steps:
 Step 1: Clear temporary files and free up disk space on your computer.
 Step 2: Restart your computer to refresh the system.
 Step 3: Check your data size in which you are working.
 Step 4: Check for any available updates for BUSY and install them.
 Step 5: Close any unnecessary programs or applications running in the background.
 If it is client server then can try the below steps:
 Step 1: Check connectivity between server and client either it is LAN or WIFI.
 Step 2: Check the server IP pinging time on client system by mention
 ping (IP Address) -t in run command, it should be 1 ms.
 Step 3: Check can able to access data folder under the network tab.
 If you want to configure for automatic generation of E-invoice & E-way bill from BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: First you have to create a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider), you need to visit the eway bill or e invoice portal and select Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited and Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited as the GSP Vendor type.
 Step 2: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
 Step 3: Select Features / Options and click on GST / VAT, here you will see a option called E-Invoice Required & E-Way Bill Required.
 Step 4: Set Y to turn it on and mention your place and pincode and GSP username and password in GSP Configuration tab and save the configuration.
 Step 5: Go back to Administration and click on configuration.
 Step 6: Choose the Voucher Series Configuration option and select the voucher type for which you want to generate e invoice, such as sales, sales return, etc.
 Step 7: Then, select the voucher series and click on Voucher Configuration.
 Step 8: Here, you will see options of Input Transport Details, Generate E-Invoice After Saving & Generate E-way bill Aftere Saving, set Y to enable that. 
 Now your BUSY is ready to generate E-Invoice & E-way bill Automatically.
