What are the GSPs supported by BUSY for e-invoicing?

BUSY supports E-way bill generation through GSP servers, including Webtel Electrosoft Private Limited and Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Private Limited. You can create Both the GSP server credentials directly from E way Bill portal.

How can I correct a mistake in an e-invoice?

Once an e-invoice is generated, it cannot be modified. If there is a mistake in the e-invoice, you will need to cancel the invoice and generate a new one with the correct details.

How do my customers receive/access the e-Invoices I generate?

If you want your customer can access e-invoice generated by you they can check from portal if there is any provision about this, otherwise you can send the e-invoice pdf to your customers

can i modify E invoice from BUSY?

Once the E invoice has been generated, you cannot modify the E-invoice. You can cancel the E-invoice, and then you have to regenerate the invoice with the E invoice containing the correct details.

I am unable to generate e-invoices even though my annual turnover is above the threshold. What could be the reason?

The reason you may be unable to generate e-invoices despite having an annual turnover above the threshold could be due to incorrect configuration for e-invoices. It is recommend to check e-invoice configuration settings

I can't see certain options in BUSY, such as E-invoice generation or SMS notifications. How can I activate these features?

If the E-Invoice and SMS option is not showing in BUSY, then first confirm the BUSY model which you are using. In the Basic model no option for E-invoice generation and SMS configuration.

Yes, you can generate invoices first in BUSY and push them to the portal later. There is no specific time limit for uploading the invoices to the portal after generating them in BUSY.

You have two options to check the correctness of the details for E Invoice generation. You can either click on Check Possible Errors or review the E Invoice Details window before generating it.
