Do I need to make any changes or upgrades to start e-invoicing in BUSY Software?

If your BUSY is an updated version and latest release with the standard or enterprise model, then you only need to enable E-invoice features in BUSY to start the E-invoicing in BUSY.
If your BLS is older and expired, then you need to upgrade it to an updated version and the latest release with the standard or enterprise model. To upgrade your BLS and renew it, you need to contact your local dealer. If it is not possible from the local dealer or partner, then we can upgrade and renew BLS with the upgrade procedure.

I am unable to log in to the E-Waybill portal from BUSY. What could be the reason and how to fix this?

If you are unable to login to the Ewaybill portal from BUSY 
Then you are using BUSY latest Release because in Current BUSY Release there
are no direct option to Login Ewaybill portal Directly .
To resolve this issue you need to follow the steps
Step1 Click on GST Portal from the Most Right side Short cut Options
Step 2 Click on Home page of GST portal
Step3 Click on Services
Step4 Click on Ewaybill Systems
Step5 Click on Click here to go to Ewaybill Portal and Proceed
Step6 Use login User name and password to login Ewaybill Portal

I need to print an invoice that was already generated some time back. How can I find and print old invoices?

To print an invoice that was already generated some time back, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the specific sale invoice in BUSY that you want to generated an e invoice.
Step 2: Once the invoice is saved, you will find the option to print the e invoice. Click yes when prompted to print the e invoice.
Step 3: After clicking Yes to print the e invoice, the e invoice page will appear to print.
By following these steps, you can print an e invoice in BUSY which already generated some time back.

I want to switch from designing my own invoices to using BUSY's standard invoices. Will my QR codes still print?

Yes, if you want to switch from designing invoices to using BUSY's standard invoices, you can still print your QR code. It can be done by going to the settings menu and following the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then Configuration.
Step 2: Then select Invoice Document Printing, then Standard, then select Sales Invoice.
Step 3: After selecting the invoice settings, enable the QR code option and E invoice INR, Ack No., and Ack Date if required.
Step 4: Once enabled, the QR code will automatically be generated and added to your sales invoices standard format.

What is the difference between the portal generated invoice and the business invoice with serial number? Which one should be shared with parties?

The difference between the portal generated invoice and the business invoice with a serial number is as follows:
The portal generated invoice: The portal generated invoice has the unique INR number, Ack No., Ack Date, and QR code, which are now applicable for above 5CR turnover and have already been uploaded electronically to the GST portal.
The business generated invoice: The business generated invoice has the details of the invoice header, customer information, invoice date, payment terms, description of products or services, subtotal, taxes, total amount due, etc.
You have to share both with the party.

In printout E-Invoices information is not coming. What needs to be checked to enable printing of generated E-Invoices?

If you want to print an E-Invoice Details In invoice, follow these steps. 
Step 1. Go to Administration, select Configuration, and click on Invoice Document Printing.'
Step 2. Then click on Standard and select the invoice for which you generated the E-Invoice.
Step 3. Press 'Y' to print the E-Invoice/B2C QR Code.
Step 4. If you want to print Einvoice IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date Press Y on Print E-invoice IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date & save
Step 5. If you have an advanced or customized format, you can add the field for E-Invoice QR Code or IRN No., etc.

I am trying to generate an e-invoice in BUSY but I don't see a QR code on it. How can I add a QR code to the e-invoice?

If you want to print an E-Invoice QR code & IRN Number In invoice, follow these steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration, select Configuration, and click on Invoice Document Printing.'
Step 2. Then click on Standard and select the invoice for which you generated the E-Invoice.
Step 3. Press 'Y' to print the E-Invoice/B2C QR Code.
Step 4. If you want to print Einvoice IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date Press Y on Print E-invoice IRN/Ack.No./Ack.Date & save
Step 5. If you have an advanced or customized format, you can add the field for E-Invoice QR Code or IRN No., etc.

The e-invoice printout is not coming out properly in the desired page size (A). How can I customize or adjust the page size for e-invoice printouts in BUSY?

To customize or adjust the e invoice QR code in A5 page size 
You need to follow the steps
1 Go to administration menu and click on configuration
2 click on invoice document printing and select advance and select
sale voucher and select A5 half page design
3 Go to Header or footer option where you want to set E invoice
QR code
4 Go to fields available option and click on Vat gst field and select
Einvoice QR code field
5 to adjust the size of Einvoice QR code use

I want to print an e-bill or e-invoice file I had generated earlier but can't find the option. What should I do?

To print an einvoice which had already generated earlier you have 
to follow the steps
1 Open the voucher from voucher list in modify mode and save
2 after saving Einvoice print option will appear press ok on it then print
3 otherwise you can go to Transaction menu then click on
GST misc Utilities and click on E invoice & ewaybill management
4 then click on generate or print Einvoice
5 select automatic and select voucher type and date range
6 then click on load list and select voucher and click on print Einvoice

I already have e-invoices generated externally. How can I link or upload those to the sale bills in BUSY?

To link or upload those to the sale bills in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu.
Step 2: Select the specific sales invoice voucher for which you need to update the INR number, Ack. number, and Ack date.
Step 3: While saving the sales invoice voucher, you will find the transport window.
Step 4: Within the Transport window, you enter the INR number, Ack. Number, and Ack Date options and fill in the details manually.
By following the above steps, you will add your INR number, Ack. number, and Ack date.
