There is no such provision available to remove the option Print EInvoice after saving the Invoice. But in the modify mode of the vouhcer you print the voucher directly through Alt+P Command.

If the transporter GST number is not getting validated in BUSY while generating an invoice, you need to correct your transporter GST number in Transport Windows to validate the transporter GST number.

In BUSY, the e-invoice format does not allow customization of the footer to add a company logo. The standard format only allows adding a logo in the header section of the e-invoice.

When you enabled the E-way bill and E-invoice feature in BUSY they automatically start printing for QR code of E-invoice enable from Invoice/document Printing option same as you emailed to customer .

After generating the e-invoice, how do I take the printout?

While generating an e-invoice from BUSY in the voucher, a window will be displayed asking if you want to print the e-invoice. Click 'Yes,' and you can proceed to print it out.

To cancel an E-Invoice without cancelling the sales invoice, you will need to go to the invoice portal and cancel the E-Invoice separately. This way, the sales invoice will remain unaffected.

Where can I find the IRN and ACK numbers in BUSY after generating an e-invoice?

The Ack No. and IRN No. after generating an e invoice are displayed on the invoice and the E invoice print. You can also check them in the Transport details window.
