Step1 Go to transaction menu and click on GST misc utilities

What transactions require e-way bills and e-invoices in BUSY?
You can generate e way bill of B2B and B2C transactions, but make sure invoice should be of goods. Service invoice eway bill will not generate.
You can generate E invoice for only B2B transactions and it can be goods and services.
Are E-way bills be change after changing in bills?
No, after generating E-way bills if you made any changes in bill then it will not be reflect in E-way bill .
If you want to change in E-way bill also you need to cancel the e-way bill and generate again.
How to enable reverse charge mechanism (RCM) in BUSY software for e-invoice generation?
RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) transaction exempted from e-invoicing as per Gst regulations
Moreover,GST-registered individuals must pay GST on a reverse charge basis when they receive taxable supplies from unregistered persons. However, this transaction is not subject to E-Invoicing requirements
Why does the product description appear blank in generated E-way bill from BUSY?
In BUSY, when generating an E-way Bill with the option to club item details based on HSN and unit, the item details are merged according to HSN and unit. As a result, the item description column will display blank data.
Is there a way to get e-way bill through the mobile app?
No, there is no provision to generate e-way bill through the app.
E-way bill can be received only through the BUSY setup that you are using on your system.

Why am I unable to find the service return option in BUSY?
There is no provision for you to separately enter the service return in BUSY,In BUSY,you can create a service as an item for sale or purchase,and you will also need to enter SALE RETURN and PURCHASE RETURN for its return.

To check status of generated E-Way bill:
Step 1 : Visit E-Way bill portal, login with credentials
Step 2 : Go to E-Way bill section
Step 3 : Search
Step 4 : Enter E-Way bill number
Step 5 : GO

I'm having trouble with Pinnacle in BUSY, what should I do?
If you are facing issue with Pinnacle GSP ID in BUSY, then you can switch to webtel GSP Id if you have configure it in GSP Configuration. Otherwise you have to create webtel id from the e way bill portal.
How to fix Export E-way bill related error in BUSY?
When generating an E-way bill for export, ensure to check the following things: Step 1: Check sale type Export-Taxable,Export-ZeroRated Step 2: Account Master: Country Name, state other, Pin code as 999999,Shipping Bill no.,Shipping Bill Date , Port code ,Port Address.
