To add self transport details in EOB bills/e-way bills, you can select the option of "Self" or "Own Vehicle" in the transport details section of the software. This will allow you to input your own transport details for the bill.

If you generate an e-way bill but don't move the goods within the validity period, the e-way bill will expire and become invalid. You will need to generate a new e-way bill when you are ready to transport the goods.

In BUSY, once an e-way bill is generated, it cannot be directly modified or edited. If any changes are required, the existing e-way bill needs to be cancelled, and a new e-way bill with the desired modifications can be generated.

as per Einvoice rules IRN and acknowledgement generate only current date there was 
 two option once have document date another one is einvoice generate date , always 
 einvoice date is current date there have no option backdated dates

Yes BUSY have the Einvoice generation feature from standard BUSY 21 model and version 
 onwards If your turnover crosses 5 crore on preceeding Financial year then as per new 
 regulation of government you are eligible to generate Einvoice

To set the pincode and location details for E-Way bill generation in BUSY, you need to update the party details in BUSY.

Yes you can generate e-way bill for goods transported from a factory to an exhibition venue but make sure to view the guidelines and limits to generate and E-waybill as E-waybill will be applicable when goods value exceed to 50000

In BUSY, there is no provision available to check if the number or account is active on the E way portal or not. To verify this, you need to visit the E way portal directly and perform the necessary checks.

In BUSY, there is no need to check status of a generated E way bill. Once an E way bill is generated you can print it from BUSY. The E way bill will also be uploaded to the portal automatically.
