To update the distance between pincodes to 0 in BUSY, you can find and update it in the E-Bill generation window. Make sure to enter the correct source and destination pincodes, and the software will automatically calculate the distance for you.

The configuration of my E-way bill/invoice keeps changing. How do I stabilize this?

E-waybill and E-invoice setting will not changed automatically if you think that it is happening in your data then we will recommend you to take a backup of your data on daily basis and make sure you have configured it properly

If you encounter an Invalid Party GSTIN error during E-way Bill generation, validate the party GSTIN to verify its status. This issue primarily occurs if the GSTIN is cancelled or if there is an incorrect GSTIN mentioned in the party master.

To Register on e way bill portal you need to go to e way bill portal and click on registeration and then enter your GSTIN and capcha and enter all the required detais whatever portal is required and regiser your self

To find e-way bill option in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu click on configuration
Step 2: Features and Options go to GST and VAT tab and enable e-way configuration click on ok and save button.

Why is the party name not reflecting in the generated e-way bill?

The party name may not appear in the e way bill if you have chosen Alias and Print Name in Account to be Shown By field during the e way bill generation, and these fields are empty in the party master.
