In BUSY, there is no need to check status of a generated E way bill. Once an E way bill is generated you can print it from BUSY. The E way bill will also be uploaded to the portal automatically.

To apply for an E-Way Bill EBN (E-Way Bill enrollment), you need to have a common enrollment number instead of just a GST number. You can enter the common enrollment number in the designated field while generating the E-Way bill.

To check if an e-invoice is generated properly before sending it to the customer, you need to confirm that your Ack No., ACK date, INR number, and QR code were generated properly and shown in your e-invoice and sales invoice.

To configure transport details go to:
 Step 1 : CLick on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration
 Step 3 : Voucher series configuration
 Step 4 : Select voucher type
 Step 5 : Voucher series configuration
 Step 6 : Enable transport details

If the vehicle number or transporter details are not specified in the transport details then the e-way bill will not be generated. It is mandatory to specify the transporter ID or vehicle number in the invoice as per government norms.

There is no need to change the vehicle registration state as the E-way bill portal state is different because there is no any as such provision for E-way bill and you can generate E-way bill with the same detail .
