In BUSY, for successful E-way bill payment, you need to enter details such as station pincode, vehicle number, transporter details (name, GSTIN), and other relevant information related to the E-way bill.

You do not need to fill the distance while generating eway bill just mention correct Pincodes of supplier and recipient it would auto update the distance from pincodes for eway bill.

Is there a way to do a test or trial invoice generation in BUSY before official invoicing?
No,you cannot generate an e-invoice for the trial because after generated,it is directly uploaded to the portal,And even if you generate it,so you need to cancel it within 24 hours.
What is the GRN number and where can I find it to put in the E-Way bill?
GRN number is a goods receipt note number that is used in case if you are generate E-waybill ,you can mention GRN number in transport window that appears in voucher
How do I ensure the distance is picked up accurately in the master for E-Way Bill generation?
If you enter the correct PIN code in the party master and click the Check Distance button, the system will automatically pick accurate distance based on the entered PIN code.
Are there any logs or reports I can check to identify issues in e-way bill generation?
No any log or report in BUSY to identify the issue.

if unable to login einvoice poratl check internet connection ,ogin credentials and ensure
that that time website is not down maintain if issue persists wait sometime try later ogin

If you are facing any error during e way bill generation in BUSY, then you can correct the error at the same time. No option for any error log report.
