BUSY does not provide a direct provision to send E way bills through email. If you need to send an E way bill via email, you have to do it manually.

If showing invalid document type error while generating eway bill you need to open the voucher in modify mode and check in transport details that transaction type is correctly selected.

 Step 4 : Generate E-way bill

Point1: An e-invoice format is generate form e-invoice government portal so it cannot it edited . 
 Point2: Other then e-invoice, e-bill is software made invoice it can be customized

This means that the E-bill/E-invoice you are searching for is not available or has not been uploaded to the portal.
You have to check after 48 hours from when you uploaded.

No,you cannot generate an e-invoice for the trial because after generated,it is directly uploaded to the portal,And even if you generate it,so you need to cancel it within 24 hours.

GRN number is a goods receipt note number that is used in case if you are generate E-waybill ,you can mention GRN number in transport window that appears in voucher
