I am confused about when I can generate an e-invoice versus an e-bill. Can you please clarify the guidelines?
Point1: An e-invoice format is generate form e-invoice government portal so it cannot it edited .
Point2: Other then e-invoice, e-bill is software made invoice it can be customized
The portal shows "No record found" when I try to search for my E-bill/E-invoice. What does this mean?
This means that the E-bill/E-invoice you are searching for is not available or has not been uploaded to the portal.
You have to check after 48 hours from when you uploaded.
Where will the procurement details be visible in the generated e-way bill?
When you generate an e way bill the details of goods is visible that is supplied by the supplier. You can print the e way bill and see the details.
Where do I enter my vehicle registration number in the software?
You can enter your vehicle no. in the transport details window during voucher entry for e way bill generation. The transport details window automatic appears when you save the voucher.
How many e-invoice can I generate in the trial version?
You cannot generate any e invoice in trial version of BUSY.Further,
E invoice generation required proper license with active BLS.
Note: E invoice option is not available in basic edition of BUSY.
Is e-way bill generation required for zero distance transportation?
E-waybill is required if there is any movement of goods,if you want to generate E-waybill for zero distance transportation please confirm on E-waybill portal guidelines or contact E-waybill support helpline
What is the maximum backdate allowed for billing?
E-way bill can create on same date and it is recommended to you create E-way bill and invoice on same date or the good supplied or handover to the transporter

To know about the validity rules for distance in E-waybill you need to contact to the E-waybill portal support or you may check the guidelines on the same portal
