If the goods are not delivered on time and the e-way bill expires, you have to cancel the old eway bill and generate the new one.

when you update Gst in party master and create e-way bill show changes immediately but for change GST number we recommended to create new party master

No, Modification of eway bill is not allowed on government portal need to cancel eway bill first and then regenerate eway bill for that voucher again.

BUSY software calculates the distance between pincodes for E-way billing automatically based on the pincodes entered by the user according to dispatch location and delivery location
What version of BUSY has the e way billing integration?
BUSY 21 standard and enterprise edition can automatically generate e-way bills. You need to have an active BLS (BUSY License Subscription) for this feature to work.
