Retry the printing process: Attempt to print the E-Way bill again after making the necessary alteration of GSP Services and ensuring a stable network connection. Sometimes, the timeout error could be a temporary issue, and a retry might be successful

Save as PDF: Instead of automatically printing, save the E-Way bill as a PDF document on e-way bill portal . Once saved, you can open the PDF file separately and print it using PDF reader software or tools.

Step 1: Make sure to enable all configuration of e-way bill with GSP in GST/VAT feature
Step 2: Then go to transaction menu
Step 3: Then click on vocuher option
Step 4: Then click on ADD button
Step 5: Then create voucher with neccessary details like party detail, item , price, and tax if needed
Step 6: Then while saving voucher, Transport detail window will appear
Step 7: Then mention Transporter ID and Vehicle no.
Step 8: Then enable e-way bill required option as Y and click on Ok button
Step 9: Then proceed to generate e-way bill after checking possible error if any then resolved it
Step 10: Then you can generate e-way bill along with the invoice

BUSY does not have direct option to validate transporter GST number. However you can follow these steps to validate a GST number.
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on Add.
Step 3: Press F4 on name field and enter the GST number and click on Validate.
Step 4: It will check the GST number with portal and show if it is valid or not.
If E way bill page is not loading in BUSY, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure your default PDF reader is working fine in your system.
Step 2: Check .net framework 3.5 or above installed on your system.
Step 3: Verify the GSP IDs is correctly entered in BUSY.
These are some common troubleshooting steps.
If e-way bill details are not showing in the printed invoice then follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Invoice/Document printing option
Step 4: Then click on standard option
Step 5: Then select sale voucher
Step 6: Then click on Optional field/Transport detail printing option shown in the left side of the window
Step 7: Then click on As mentioned below option
Step 8: Then tick on the relevent option to print like e-way bill no., station, etc as per your requirement
Step 9: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 10: Then you can print invoice and check e-way bill details in your printed invoice
