You need to remove E Way bill No and E way bill date from Transport window then save and re entr details in Transport window then give command of print e way bill.
Step 1: Go to configuration click on Features and option.
Step 2: Select GST/VAT Select GSP configuration validate.
Step 3: Create GSP ID On Portal Select GSP configuration Mention GSP ID and validate.
Step 4: Click on GST/VAT Select GSP configuration Mention GSP ID and validate.
Then proceeed for Print.

If you want to print the generated Eway bill then you can refer below steps for the same:
1. Open the voucher in modify mode and resave the same so that the pop up will appear to print the Eway bill.
2. Go to Transaction menu
3. Click on Miscl. GST Utilities
4. Click on Eway bill management
5. Click on Generate and print Eway bill tab
6. Select the option Automatic or Josn
7. Select voucher type date range and load the list
8. Select the Invoices and click on the Print Eway bill tab
How can I configure BUSY to print the invoice and then automatically print the e-Way bill on a separate page?
To Print invoice and e-way bill then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on voucher series configuration
Step 4: Then select voucher and series
Step 5: Then click on voucher configuration box
Step 6: Then enable Print sale invoice after saving as Y and configure it
Step 6: Then enable generate e-way bill after saving as Y
Step 7: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 8: After that, you can print invoice along with e-way bill
How do I download and print the generated E way bills from BUSY?
To download and print E way bills generated by BUSY, you need to follow these step:
Step 1: Go to Transaction section then Click on GST misc. Utilities
Step 2: Choose E way Bill Management option then Select Generate/Print E-way
Step 3: Click on the Automatic tab, then select the voucher type and enter the date range.
Step 4: Then, click on Load list and select invoices of which you want to print the E-way Bill.
Step 5: Now, click on Print E way Bill then a PDF will open, you can print or save it.
I am unable to print my e-way bills from GST misc. utility in BUSY. Whats should I do?
If you are not unable to print The E-Way Bill from GST misc. utility option, you can try following steps to resolve it:
Step 1: Make sure any pdf of same voucher is not already open. If it is open , close it and try to print.
Step 2: Check by switching GSP ID in GSP configuration from the GST/VAT feature.
