issue in E way bill printing what should I do?

If you are getting an issue with E-Bill way bill printing, you need to follow the below reasons: 
1. Make sure you have created both GSP users, which are Webtel and Pinnacle. 
2. Also, you have to select the automatic option to switch automatically; if you get any error from a particular GSP user, it will automatically switch to another GSP provider.

My system does not support Adobe Reader for printing PDF documents like e-way bill. What other options do I have to print the e-way bill?

If you are unable to view the Eway bill or any other document through your Adobe PDF reader then you need to follow the steps below:
1. Remove the Adobe reader or install again 
2. If it still shows any issue then you can use any other PDF reader such as WPS or UPDF 
3. Restart the system and check

I want to preview and print the e-way bill generated on the e-way portal separately. How can I do this?

If you want to view and print the Voucher through the Eway bill portal then follow the steps below:
1. Open the voucher in modify mode and Copy the Eway bill number
2. Log in to the Eway bill portal 
3. Go to E way bills and select Print Eway bill 
4. Specify the required details and select print option

How should I setup BUSY to ensure invoices, e-way bills and other documents print automatically every time?

To Print automatic Eway Print:
 Step1: Go to administration menu. 
 Step2: Select on configuration and click on feature and options 
 Step3: Click on GST/VAT 
 Step4: Enable the e-bill generation option 
 Step5: configure GSP Configuration 
 Step 6: Enable from Voucher Series Configuration " Generate E-invoice after saving"
 Step 7:Enter Voucher and generate E way

I want to see the tax invoice and e-way bill details separately. Is there any setting or option to do this?

If you want to view Tax Invoice and Eway bill separately then at the time of saving the invoice Firstly you will get the pop up for Tax Invoice print so you can take the print of the same and then lateron it will ask to print Eway bill So you can take that print out separatley.

I am unable to print the e-way bill number on my sales invoice. What should I do?

If you are unable to print Eway bill number on your BUSY invoice format then follow the steps below :
1. Go to administration 
2. Click on Configuration
3. Go to voucher series configuration
4. Select the transaction type and series 
5. Click on Optional Field printing 
6. Check on Eway Bill no. for print in Voucher Reports and Document

What printer settings are required for e-way bill and e-invoice?

In BUSY, when you click on the print e way bill & e invoice option, a PDF file will open in a new window. You can then print it or save it for future reference. You don’t need to do any additional settings for printing the PDF. Just make sure your printer is ready and connected.

I want to print permit with invoice. How to do that?

For permit you can print e-way bill in BUSY
for print e-way bill please follow these steps 
1. Open selected voucher of which you want to print e-way bill 
2. Then click on save voucher
3. After that show it is not recommended to modify voucher click yes for continue 
4. Then show print e-way bill option

I want to take a print out of an old generated e-Way bill. How can I do that in BUSY?

If I can take the printout for an old generated e-waybills, You can follow the steps given below :
Step 1: Go into Transactions.
Step 2: Then select GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 3: Then select Eway bill management.
Step 4: Select generate print e-waybill or click on the bill that is already generated and then print that bill.
