Step 1: Open BUSYand select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Outstanding Analysis.
Step 2: Choose whether you want to view Bills Receivable or Bills Payable.
Step 3: Select One Account and enter the name of the party and the date range that you want to see.
Step 4: Select the Type of Entries to be Considered. You can choose from Pending, Due or ALL (Including Cleared).

Step 1: Go to Transactions, then select Sales Voucher. Purchase a voucher, then select the voucher you want to review.
Step 2: then select the date range for the last 30–40 days, then select the relevant information, then click on List.
Step 3: After selecting this list, a voucher will appear. After that, click on the summary option or press F5 to then select summaries on date and summaries on summarise.
Step 4: It will summarise the date, and then you can review vouchers for the last 30–40 days.

Step 1: Go to display menu

Step 5: Then select All party or one party as per your requirement
Step 6: Then specify date range
Step 7: Then select section as Credit/debit note (registered) - 9B
