The software is frequently crashing/freezing. How can I troubleshoot the errors and prevent this from happening again?
The software is frequently crashing/freezing, check the following option :
Condition 1: If BUSY running slow in client system then check the connectivity between systems
Step 1: On server system open command prompt and type ipconfig then enter
Step 2: Then note the ipv4 address
Step 3: Go to client system and open command prompt then type ping and then server ipv4 address
Step 4: Connectivity speed should be between 1 to 5 ms
Condition 2: On server system if BUSY running slow
Step 1: Check if only one conpany is running slow
Step 2: Take backup of teh company then go to housekeeping option
Step 3: Go to check incomplete ovucher and delete if have any incomplete voucher
Step 4: Then go to reindex database option and run the process
The BUSY software is slow/frozen/not responding. What can I do?
If BUSY software is slow, frozen, or not responding, you can try following below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu and run reindex database option.
Step 3: Disable antivirus or exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 4: Right-click on the program icon and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select the Compatibility tab. Under Compatibility mode, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode then select Apply and OK.
Step 6: Drag UAC user account control down from window search option.
Step 7: Then set correct date, time and region, locale as united kingdom from control panel.
Step 8: Restart system in order to see the effect of change.
My software is very slow and lags when making invoices. What can I do to improve performance?
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Check if this issue is coming only in BUSY or other Application Also. If it is in BUSY then after data backup, remove and reinstall it in another drive. If it is coming in Other applications also then its system specific issue, Need to Contact Hardware Provider.
Step 2: If issue is coming in One Company - After Data Backup do reindex database from Housekeeping, Check the Image option as it take time when size is large, if issue in particular financial year due to heavy data size then split it Financial Year.

My account seems slow and invoices aren't generating properly. Is there maintenance being done that could be causing this?
If your account seems slow and invoices aren't generating properly, there in not maintenance being done that could be causing this,
you need to check below turbleshoot:
1. Take latest data back-up and re-index data.
2. If you have access data base need to remove exported excel and PDF file from BUSY win folder, or if SQL no need.
3. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
4. Uninstall the BUSY application and re install.
5. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
6. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
7. Set the Never Notify User Control setting from the control panel option.
8. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
9. Re start the system.
Is the speed issue with client system BUSY, related to my Client computer or the server?
Speed issues may be related to your networking, due to the client system BUSY running slow.
To check this please check the ping process below on the client system:
1: Open run command on main server and then type cmd on run
2: Type Ipconfig and press enter on CMD screen
2: Note down the IP4 Address e.g. 192.168...
4: Then type run on sreach window on client system
5: Then type ping press space button and then type IP4 Address then space button and then type -t and press enter
6: Check ping timing from main server to client system which should be 1 ms, if you show more then please contact your IT/hardware person.
How can I resolve performance and connectivity issues while using BUSY through a VPN?
You can run the system through VPN but not the BUSY software. As it work normally work in local system without VPN. To improve the BUSY performance Then pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: The system should be window 7 or above and with the minimum required of 4GB RAM or higher, Hard disk space should be 2GB or more and minimum resolution should be 1024x768.
Step 2: Set the compatibility and down the UAC from control panel then restart the system.
Step 3: After data backup, uninstall all the BUSY old releases from the control panel.
Step 4: From Houskeeping, Check the incomplete vouchers and Junk characters.

Why is the BUSY gets stuck or not responding during entry?
If the BUSY gets stuck or not responding during entry process then you must follow the below steps:
Step 1: Exclude the BUSY from antivirus and BUSY should be unblock from window firewall.
Step 2: Make sure that BUSY release are up to date and both the server and client running on same release.
Step 3: Enough space must be available in drive.
Step 4: Run the BUSY on admin mode.
Step 5: If the BUSY data is heavy, it is recommended to run BUSY sql data edition.
Step 6: Ensure that incomplete or junk characters must not available in database. Further, you can also check the same from housekeeping section after login the company.
How can I improve the performance of the BUSY software, which is running slow and freezing?
