My BUSY is very slow. How can I troubleshoot performance issues?

If the BUSY is running slow then check the possible aspects:
1.Ensure about the space available in the hard disk in which data exists
2.BUSY must not be blocked by antivirus and window firewall.
3.Run the BUSY appliation on admin mode.
4.Check the data size, If the size is beyond 800 to 1000 mb then you must use the SQl database.
5.Check for junk characters and incomplete vouchers from the housekeeping section.
6.If the data is running on the client system through networking then make sure the connectivity is stable.

Why does the software keep disconnecting in client system during a task?

If your BUSY is disconnecting in client system check you internet connection and connectivity between the both systems .
Step 1: In server system press Window + R run command and type cmd and ok
Step 2: type ipconfig then enter
Step 3: Note down the ipv4 address and go to client system
Step 4: In client system and open run command then write ping then ipv4 address - t then press ok
Step 5: Then speed should to 1ms to run client smoothly

BUSY is running very slowly. Are you having any server issues that could be causing this?

If BUSY is running slow in client system then follow the below :
Step 1: Check connectivity between systems
Step 2: In server system open command prompt and type ipconfig then enter
Step 3: Note the ipv4 address
Step 4: Go to client system and open command prompt and mention ping and ipv4 address then enter
Step 5: Then the speed must be 1ms to 5ms
Step 6: If speed is more that this or request timed out showed then check correct your connectivity

The BUSY software is running slowly on my computer. Are there any tips to improve performance or How can I fix same issue?

To fix slow process issue of BUSY in your system so follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup if your data.
Step 2: Set BUSY icon compatibility as run as administrator via right click on it then select properties then compatibility.
Step 3: Set UAC level down via press window button then search UAC then open it & down UAC level.
Step 4: Reindex your data once.
Step 5: Restart BUSY once after reindex.
Step 6: Try to remove & reinstall BUSY once.
