I am unable to open the software quickly. It takes time to load. How can I speed up BUSY and reduce load time?

 To speed up the load time of BUSY software, please check the option below:
1: Make sure you have installed only a latest setup of BUSY in your system
2: Set up BUSY compatibility
3: Exclude BUSY Setup from Antivirus
4: Check after re-install BUSY
5: Check System ram and drive space also.
If the client system is running in demo mode then check all the above options and then check some of the options below:
1: Create inbound and outbound firewall rules from control panel
2: check ping process on client system search run on start search window and then type ping space then type main server IP4 address and then -t and then search. If ping process showing request timed out then you have to contact to your IT person and configure it

My software is running slowly. What troubleshooting steps can I perform?

 If your software is running slowly, there are several troubleshooting steps you can perform:
1. Check your computer's system requirements to ensure it meets the minimum specifications for running the software.
2. Close any unnecessary programs or applications running in the background to free up system resources.
3. Restart your computer to clear any temporary files or processes that may be affecting performance.
4. Update your software to the latest version, as newer versions often include performance improvements and bug fixes.

6. Run a disk cleanup to remove unnecessary files and free up disk space.
7. Scan your computer for malware or viruses that may be impacting performance.

The software is running slowly. What can I do to improve performance?

 To improve the perfomance if BUSY running slow then follow the steps 
1 If any antivirus running on system then allow BUSY application and its related folders from
antivirus
2 open firewall and click on advance setting then select inbound rule and right click on it
and click new rule then click next then browse and select BUSY application then again click on next
then select allow the connection then again select next and next then save a file name and finish
do the same process for outbound rule also
3 go to start menu and search run then tyepe percentage temp percentage and ok
then select all files and delete to remove temp file
4 restart the computer and start BUSY again

My BUSY data file seems very large and heavy What can I do to optimize performance and speed

 Its Depend on company Database size. It size is less then will take less time for opening any report. We can check the Database Size in Open Company tick on Show Data Size or Can check in Voucher and Master Statices from Checklist Under Display Menu.
Recommend :
Step 1: If One Company Issue - Check the image size of account and master then run Reindex Database from Housekeeping.
Step 2: If In All Company Issue - Change the Data Location and if still same then remove and reinstall BUSY.
Step 3: If Data Size is Very Heavy - Split the Financial Year or Move to SQL Database.
Note : Do this Process After Data Backup.

The software is very slow and takes a long time to load reports after restarting my PC. How can I improve the performance?

 If you are facing speed issue in report generation then check the following steps.
Step 1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the BUSY software.
Step 2. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background.
Step 3. Sometimes, slow performance may be related to the heavy data size.
Step 4. Exclude BUSYwin folder and BUSY21.exe from antivirus.
Step 5. UAC should be down level.
Step 6. Run BUSY as an administrator.
Step 7. Close your company then take backup and reopen the company then Run reindex database from housekeeping menu.

Step 2: Right click on the BUSY Icon and go to properties.
Step 3: Click on compatibility and select option run this program in compatibility mode and run this program as an administration.
Step 4: Go to Control Panel and search UAC and drag bar to never notify.
Step 5: Restart system and open BUSY
