Can you provide a customized sales report across multiple items and parties

BUSY provides you various of sales analysis report with multiple combination for Parties and Items undet the Display menu. This report will help you to analyz your data. Further you can also add custom column in that reports as per the need.

Why am I getting invalid data challenge in BUSY

Why is the column not showing on the side?

It is possible that the column is not showing on the side because screen resolution issue or column not enable for show in Report click on custom column and enable this column for show in report and save format and reopen report.

Where is old sales register format in BUSY

You can view the sales register in different formats that you have added. When you open the sales register, you will see a list of formats to choose from. You can select the one that suits your needs and open the report.

How to check Report of Electricity ledger?

For Ledger you need to Go: 
Step 1: Go to Display.
Step 2: Select Account Books.
Step 3: Click on Account Ledger.
Step 4: Select One party then.
You can also check by Alt L for ledger.

How can I generate a report in BUSY that shows my total purchase amount from each vendor for any time period, as the standard reports don't provide this summary?

You can view the below report for total purchase amount from vendors.
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Then Purchase Analysis
Step 3: Then Party wise
Here shows the data fo all vendors as per the date range selected by you.

I made changes to the headers in my accounting software and now some transactions are not showing up in reports. What should I do to fix this?

If you have only done changes in the header part of the voucher then make sure you are selecting the correct date range and series while opening the reports. Additionally, if you have apply any filter then remove it and check it.

Enter purchase voucher but entry not showing proper amount or date or number or other voucher related details when check it in purchase list or other reports.

If purchase or expense vouhcer shows wrong details while check in list or other report but while on enter in voucher showing correct data so first you need to re-enter amount or date or number and resave voucher again and then check.

I want to export my sales or purchase data from BUSY to an Excel file. Is there an option to do this within the software?

To export sale or purchase invoice in excel: 
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : Account register
Step 4 : sale and purchase register
Step 5 : Export in excel

What steps do I need to take in BUSY after the summary screen to reach the type summary screen?

For use summary feature open Report abd click on summary and choose level single level or double level and mention field for summarize on and click on auto and show sub detail if you want see sub detail and click on summarize.
