No, there are setting for chart of Account list in BUSY ,If you want to check the reports related to organisation in BUSY then you can check there are muliple reports available in BUSY.
How to remove an item from middle of report so it is not visible
If you want to exclude an item from the report, you can hide it by pressing F9 on the row. This will remove the item from the report without deleting it from the data.

If the voucher number column is not showing up where you placed it after the invoice date column it means you have not select correct field or you have not set custom report correctly

This match case option shows when you do filter in any report.when you apply the filter for particular field and if that field data is get match in other field then it will show.

In BUSY expense report is different from the sales register. However you can view the Expense group ledger to check their transaction. Furthermore for any customization you can contact to your authorized channel partner.
