How can we open columnar accounts ledger report?
To open columnar accounts ledger report, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section and then click on Account Books menu
Step 2: Select the account ledger and then press Account wise option
Step 3: Choose the standard format and then select one account
Step 4: Specify the account name then Click on OK tab
Step 5: After open ledger report, Press ALT+C to convert standard ledger book into columnar ledger book report.
Note - You can press ALT+L shortcut to access ledger book for single account.
How do I change the position of columns in the registers?
To change the position of columns in the registers, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the register.
Step 2: Click on the custom column and create a new format for a new report.
Step 3: Add a column and select the desired position for the column.
Step 4: Save the report configuration successfully.
Note: The custom column is a feature of the standard and enterprise models. It will not work in the basic model. You can upgrade the basic model to the standard and enterprise models.
Is there an option to show item values on the report?
Yes, in many reports, we have the option to show item values. Follow these steps for reporting:
Step 1: Go to the Display Menu, then click on Stock Status. When the report opens, you have options to show values.
Step 2: After entering the date, you also have the option to show the value of items. Press 'Y' on it and open the report.
Step 3: In many reports, you can see the option 'Show Value of Items.' Press 'Y' on it and open the report.
How can I generate sales reports in BUSY?
If you want to generate sales report in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and choose Sales Register, You can filter the report by All Sale Type or One Sale Type.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report and can view your sales data.
You can also view other sales report to analys your data.
How do I record forex gains/losses in BUSY?
To record gain or loss in BUSY, you may follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on Bulk updation.
Step 2: Select the option of auto generate forex gain loss vouchers.
Step 3: Select the party for whom you want to generate.
Step 4: Fill the options as per your requirements.
Step 5: Click on ok button to start the process and wait until its completed.
Step 6: Now you can check the journal voucher that will be posted automatically from the bulk updation.
Features for sales auditing, reconciliation, and troubleshooting?
If you want to audit sales transaction then BUSY software has provided multiple report for this purpose
Please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display
Step 2 Click on account books
Step 3 Click on account register standard
Step 4 Click on sale register
Step 5 Check on sale register
Step 6 During open report there is a option SHOW BIFURCATION OF AMOUNT, enable this and check report
Step 7 After this match sale value with sales ledger in trial balance
I am unable to view previous invoices generated from BUSY. How can I access the historical invoices?
If you wants to view your previous invoices generated from BUSY,you can follow these steps:
Step 1:Go to the Transactions menu,
Step 2:Select sales,then click on list,
Step 3:Select Date Range,then click ok,Here you can view your sales invoices.
Step 4:Or you can Go to Display,
Step 5:Click On Accounts Books,
Step 6:Click on Accounts Registers(Standard),
Step 7:Click Sales Register,Select all Party or one Party as you want,
Step 8:select date range,show breification Yes,Here you can see the sale report briefication your invoices,
What should I do if I can't find sales vouchers for a particular period in BUSY?
Steps to follow when unable to find the sales voucher
Step:1 Go to transcation option and select sales option.
Step:2 Then select modify option and start checking by entering voucher numbers if it exist good otherwise your vouchers may be deleted from the voucher list.
Step:3 If vouchers are deleted from BUSY cannot be recovered only option if have the backup can restore it.
Please note that before deleting or restoring data you must take a latest backup of the data.
If I customize purchase register in one company will it apply to other companies in BUSY
Custom Column work in One Company. If you want to add the Custom Column in Another Company then there is Option. Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Open the report in which added the custom column
Step 2: Click on Custom Column Option
Step 3: On Right Bottom, Click on Copy to Disk
Step 4: Select type of Custom Column for backup
Step 5: In Another Company, Click on Custom Column then Copy from Disk. Select it that format which you have copied and save it.
I want to check the sales reports in BUSY. Where can I find this option?
If you want to check sales reports in BUSY then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to display option
Step 2: Then account books
Step 3: Then account register standard
Step 4: Then sale register further for filtered report
Step 5: Go to sale analysis option in the display option
