What reports and analytics are available in BUSY?

BUSY provides a variety of reports and analytics to help you manage your business effectively. Some of the reports and analytics available in BUSY include financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and trial balances. You can also generate reports for inventory management, sales analysis, purchase analysis, and party-wise reports. Additionally, BUSY offers customizable dashboards and analytics to provide you with real-time insights into your business performance.

Can I sort sales details date wise?

Yes, you can sort sales details date-wise in BUSY , Please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and then select account books option
Step 2: And then select Account register and select the sales register.
Step 3: And then select date range in the reports option and view the report
Step 4: open the report and and view the report and then click on the date coumn to sort the report .

How to view sales ledger in BUSY?

To view Sales ledger in BUSY then follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and then click on Account books option
Step 2: Then select Account ledger option and click on account wise option
Step 3: After that select standard option and then press on one account
Step 4: Now specify account as sales and select date range and other features as per your requirement, after that press Ok and view the report

How do I configure the software to capture all the information I need for my business reports?

To configure the software to capture all the information you need for your business reports, you can customize the parameters and fields in the software. This will allow you to track and record the specific details relevant to your business. You can add new parameters or fields and modify existing masters to capture the necessary information. Additionally, the software may offer options for bulk updation and multiple item creation/modification to streamline the process.

I want to export my invoice details from BUSY. How can I export invoice data?

To export your invoice details from BUSY you need to follow the steps 
Step1 Go to display menu and click on account books
Step2 click on account register standard and select sale register then select all sale type and all party
Step3 select date range and enable bifurcation of amounts and ok
Step4 click on export and select the prefered mode of export and set its path and ok

Why are no adjustments showing when I enter a payment voucher in BUSY

Sometimes, you may not see the bill references for adjustment when you enter a payment voucher in BUSY. This can happen due to various reasons, such as:
1. You entered the payment voucher on a wrong date.
2. The reference was already adjusted in another payment voucher.
3. You selected the wrong Dr/Cr type for the account.
4. You did not create the reference when the bill was generated.
There may be other reasons depending on the situation.

Why is the account opening balance not showing in the Account Ledger report?

In accounting ledger reports , we have an option through which we can skip the opening amount to be displayed in the party ledger .
If account opening balance not showing in the Account Ledger report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go in Display > Account Books > Account Ledger (Press Alt+L shortcut).
Step 2: Open the ledger report after disable Skip Opening Balance feature , the report will display with opening account balance .

Can you guide me for sending single broker wise sales report through email in BUSY?

To send single broker wise sales report through email, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to print/email/sms then click on account books option
Step 2: Click on account register (Standard) then select sales register.
Step 3: Click on all sales type then all parties option
Step 4: Specify date range then select one in select salesman range and specify broker name.
Step 5: Click on email option then mention the email id and send the report.

I want to see how much total cash was deposited in a specific bank account over a date range. What report or filter should I use?

BUSY does not a direct report for transaction of cash deposit in the bank. Furter, you can check the contra voucher register by following the steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account books.
Step 2: Choose the accounts register standard then select the contra register
Step 3: mention the date range and check the transction of cash desposit in bank account after apply filter through F7 shortcut key.

I made changes to a report but when I opened it again later, my changes were gone. Why does BUSY not save custom report formatting?

If you did some changes in your report and later your changes were gone it mean you remove the changes that you have configure it before or may be you have not save changes properly 
because BUSY always make sure that if you do some changes it record itself in database
If you still feels that it happens we recommend you to to take backup of your data on daily basis
