I am unable to locate the cash deposit entries in the accounting software. What option should I select to view this data?
BUSY does not a direct report for transaction of cash deposit in the bank. Furter, you can check the contra voucher register by following the steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account books.
Step 2: Choose the accounts register standard then select the contra register
Step 3: mention the date range and check the transction of cash desposit in bank account after apply filter through F7 shortcut key.
How do I filter sales register by date range in BUSY
To filter the sales register by date range in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Open the BUSY software.
2. Go to the Sales Register or Sales module.
3. Look for the option to filter or search within the sales register.
4. Select the date range option.
5. Enter the start date and end date for the desired range.
6. Apply the filter or search.
7. The sales register will now display only the transactions within the specified date range.
Check status of generated invoices in BUSY. Report or option?
If you want to check sale report then you can follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to display menu click
Step 2. Account books click
Step 3. Account register standard
Step 4. Sales register click
Step 5. All sale type click
Step 6. Then Choose party according to your preference
Step 7. Then choose date range and open report
Now you can check sales
How can i check gstr2a,2b status in the ledger report?
To check gstr2a,2b status in the ledger report by following below steps:
Step1: Go to Display menu and click on account books submenu.
Step2: Then click on account ledger section and select account wise and one account option.
Step3: Mention account name and date range and enable or disable other required details as per your requirement and press ok.
Step4: Here you can press F6 function key to check status of gstr2a and 2b in BUSY.
How to check Cash and Bank transactions in one report?
We can check Cash/Bank book from accounts book reports.
To check Cash and Bank transactions in one report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go in Display => Account books=> Cash/bank book >select single column
Step 2: Select account of either Cash / Bank
Step 3: Report will show payment and receipt with respective accounts.
Remark - Post dated cheque Data can also be included in the Bank book after enabling Include PDC entries .
How to check ledger and stock details?
For check ledger follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then go in Accounts Book
2. Then go in Account ledger then go in account wise
3. Then click on standard or T-Format and open Report
Note- You can use shortcut key Alt+L for open ledger
For check stock detail follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then go in stock status
2. Then go in closing stock Alphabetical
3. Then click on Detailed and check Report accordingly
How do I filter to see same transactions
To apply filter on any report in BUSY, you can do the following:
Step 1: Open the report in which you want to apply filter.
Step 2: Click on the Filter button or press F7 on your keyboard. This will open the Filter screen.
Step 3: Select Field from the dropdown list of Filter on Field on which you want to apply filter.
Step 4: You can also apply Single Filter or Multiple Filter.
How can I check my cash data along with the report to verify the amounts are correct
If you want to check your Cash Data, you can use the Cash Book report in BUSY. To view this, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Cash/Bank Book and choose Single Column.
Step 3: Specify the Cash Account and enter the date range and open the report.
Step 4: The report will display you the Cash Receipt and Payment Column wise.

How can I view my invoice details in BUSY? I cannot see the invoice I generated.
To view invoice details in BUSY that is already generated by you follow this:
Step 1: Go to transactions menu
Step 2: Then click on invoice such as sale,purchase etc
Step 3: Then open it from modify or list option
Step 4: Then you can view the invoices
Step 5: You can also view various invoices reports from display menu such as sale register,sales analysis etc
