In the sales register of BUSY how do I separate out the total sales and the GST amounts

To see seperate sales amount and GST in sales register in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Account Books.
Step 2: Select Account Registers(Standard) and Choose Sales Register.
Step 3: Enter the date range and can view that report. And enable "Show Bifurcation of Amounts?"
Step 4: The report will show you sales data along with tax bifurcation.

Why is the bill amount not getting included in the end of the list in the sales report?

To show Bill amount in the sales report , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to display menu ,
Step 2: Select Account Books Report Option.
Step 3: And then select Account Registers(Standdard)
Step 4: Select Sales Register.
Step 5: Select the further option like all sale type and All parties option.
Step 6: Enable Show bifurcation of amounts option
Step 7: Select Ok and view the report.

I want to view the break-up of billed amount and received amount for a customer. What report can provide me this info?

To view the breakup of billed amount and received amount for a customer you 
can follow the steps
1 Go to display menu and click on account books
2 Click to Account register standard
3 Select the sales register then select all sale type one party
4 select the party name and date range then enable bifurcation of amount
and enable show payment receipt details and ok

For what reason , the item details are not displayed in the ledger book? (Noted- Show item details feature are enabled)

if we open a ledger report of any sub ledger account , Item details will not Display.
Step 1: Go to Display > account books >Account ledger >account wise .
Step 2: After Select party account in account ledger window and then press Alt+M at Party name (Account Master will open in modify mode).
Step 3: Check the ledger type of account , that account will be sub ledger.

I need help understanding the chart of accounts and setting up the general ledger in BUSY. What should I do?

To open setting the general ledger and chart of accounts you need 
to follow the steps
To setting general ledger go to administration menu click on account
and click on add fill the general ledger name and its group and select
ledger type as general ledger and fill other details
To open chart of accounts go to administration menu master and click
on accout then click on list

I want to check my account balance in BUSY but I can't find the option. What should I do?

If you want to check you account balance then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then account books then account ledger.
Step 3: Then account wise then standard then all accounts then enter starting date and
ending date then enable the desired option then ok.
Step 4: Then here you can see the balance at the bottom of ledger.

One of my suppliers is not able to view my opening balance from last year. What should I do?
