To view bill receivable outstanding report for a specific account in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display then outstanding analysis
Step 2: Select bill receivable report and select one account and select specific one account define date range and click on ok to see report.

What is the FIFO (First In First Out) basis under bill received? How does it work?

FIFO (First In First Out) basis under bill received means that the bills are adjusted based on the order in which they were received. The first bill received will be the first one to be adjusted. It is a method of stock valuation and the report is shown accordingly.

I want to group my aging report by account group name. How can I do this?

To group your ageing report by account group name you have to follow the steps
1 go to display menu and click on outstanding analysis
2 click on Ageing receivable or payable
3 select group of accounts and select the account group name
4 then select date range and ok

Step 1 : Click on display

To see report for outstanding payment to customer , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to display then outstandaing analysis
Step 2: Select bills payable
Step 3: Now select between one account , group of account or all account as per requirement
Step 4: Mention date range then open report

How do I void or delete a transaction that was recorded incorrectly

To void or delete an incorrect invoice in BUSY, you can open the invoice and select the particular row to void or delete it. Or press the F9 key will hide the details and remove it from the invoice . Press F8 to delete all over invoice entry .

How can I track outstanding dues from customers?

You can track outstanding dues from customers in BUSY by using the Outstanding Analysis report. This report shows the pending amount, due date, due amount, and clearance status for each customer. go to:
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 :Outstanding analysis
Step 3 : Track amount payable and amount receivable

What do the negative and positive days mean in the bill reports?

When you check the Bill receivables and Payables report in BUSY with day basis on due date, the days will show in positive or negative: 
Positive: It means that the due date has passed.
Negative: It means that the due date is still ahead and shows the remaining days.

How can I correct the on account entries without a reference?

If any entry is showing in the On Account Entries report it means in that entry bill reference is not created or adjusted. So if you want to correct it and remove from the on account entries report, you need to create or adjust the bill reference accordingly.
