Step 2: Click on outstanding Analysis
Step 3: Open the Bills Receivable report with the type of entries to be considered Pending and check.

If certain invoices are showing as unpaid in the outstanding report even you have paid them then you need to review the payment voucher and check you have adjust the correct bill reference. If not correct them and save changes.

The opening balances are getting reflected in the receivables and payables reports. How do I exclude opening balances from the reports?

To exclude opening balances from the Receivables and Payables report, select/enter the current financial year date in the Starting Date field while opening the report. Through this you will get only current financial year reference details/entries in Bills Receivable report.

How do I separate my debit and credit amounts into separate columns in the receivables report

In Receivables report only Debit Balance of party will come, it will show how much amount we have to receive.
In Payable report only Credit Balcne of party will come, it will show how much amount we have to pay.
