The batch Number Field not Showing in Barcode Design in BUSY. What should I do?

If you are unable to see the batch number field while designing the barcode in BUSY, you can follow the below steps to fix it:
Step 1: Navigate to the Add-on option.
Step 2: Then click on the Item Barcode Printing option.
Step 3: Select Configure Barcode Label option, then click on Barcode Format and then click on Configure the Format option.
Step 4: Here, define the Barcode type as Item+Batch No.
Step 5: Click on Configure Label option and under properties menu, define Type as Data field.
Step 6: In the value option, you will be able to see the batch number option.

How do I accept payments through BUSY?

To accept payments through BUSY:
1. Create a sales invoice for your product or service.
2. Share the invoice with your customer. via print, WhatsApp, e-mail or BUSY BNS
3. Before that configure the Payment QR code in your invoice.
4. Receive payments against the invoice using the payment QR Code.
5. Customers can scan the QR code with payment apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, etc., and then send you the money.
6. Track and manage payments in your accounting records.

How can I change the orientation of the barcode from vertical to horizontal?

If you want to change the orientation of the barcode from vertical to horizontal, then you need to resize it by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Add On tab.
Step 2: Select Item Barcode Printing and click on Configure Bar-Code Lables.
Step 3: Select the barcode format and click on Configure Format.
Step 4: Here you need to re enter the Lable Height and Width according to the horizontal. If you have change the size then you need to configure the fields again.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

Have you taken any add-on for printing barcodes from Excel?

In BUSY, you can print barcodes from the excel sheet by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Add-On tab.
Step 2: Click on Item Bar-Code Printing then click on Configure Bar-code Labels.
Step 3: Click on Add Format then Configure Format and click on Excel Sheet.
Step 4: Here, you need to Configure Label as per the excel columns.
Step 5: Now, go back to Item Bar-Code printing tab and select Print Bar-Code from Excel Sheet option.
Step 6: Select format and mention excel path, starting & ending row and sheet no then can print.

What is the reason while E-Invoice QR code is not showing on Invoice.

There could be the various reason when E-Invoice QR Code is not printing on Invoice:
1.It may be when E-invoice generate from BUSY but due to unstable or slow internet connection during generation of E-Invoice.
2. It can be happen when E-invoice is not able to generate from BUSY and showing error Operation time out but some time it become generate in backend and from portal you can print it and enter Acknowledge and IRN No. in Transport window in BUSY from portal and save the voucher all details will be print except QR Code.

How to enable the parameter pick from BCN feature for billing?

Steps to Enable the Parameterized BCN Feature:
1. Navigate to Configuration: Go to Administration, then Configuration, and select Features/Options. Proceed to the Voucher series configuration.
2. Choose the Series: Select the voucher series you want to configure and enter POS mode.
3. Enable Parameterized BCN Settings: Within POS mode, enable the parameterized BCN settings for the selected voucher series.
4. VeriFinancial Year Configuration in BUSY: Confirm that you have successfully enabled the parameterized feature in BUSY.
With the above steps completed, the Parameterized BCN feature is now enabled.Now you can scan the Items directly with Barcode

How to integrate barcode scanner with BUSY?

Step 1 : Start by connecting your barcode scanner to your computer or device using the appropriate connection method, which could be USB, Bluetooth, or any other method supported by your scanner.
Step 2 : Launch the BUSY on your computer. 
Step 3: Look for the settings or preferences section within the BUSY. 
Step 4 : Within the settings or preferences section, locate the configuration related to POS (Point of Sale) voucher series. This is where you can configure how the software handles barcode scanning for serial numbers.

The UPI ID is not validating during QR code generation in BUSY billing software. What could be the reason?

Check the UPI ID is correctly mention in the QR Code Format for Payment.
