Yes,You can use same company name if company has multiple Financial year but if you have seperate companies for each Financial then name sould be different but print name of company can be same. To edit company name you can follow some step:
Step 1: Open the comapany and click on Company menu option.
Step 2: Now click on edit company option and then enter print name and save the changes.

Can you help me where can i mention the my company gstin number in BUSY?

If you want to mention company gstin number in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on gst/vat button
Step 5: Afterwards make sure that enable gst/vat reporting option is selected as y to enable it
Step 6: Then select type option as gst and then specify the gstin number in the available field

Why is only my Gmail ID appearing on the bills I generate in BUSY?

The Gmail ID is appearing on the bills generated in BUSY because it has been set as the default email ID in the company configuration . You can change this in edit company option in company menu and then it will show you prompt for change in standard format as well you need to click on Yes option.if it is design format then you need change in advance format.

Yes, it is possible to include both your mobile number and email ID on the bills you create using BUSY.If it is not coming then you can enter in edit company option in company menu and then it will show you prompt for change in standard format as well you need to click on Yes option.if it is design format then you need enter  in advance format.

Is there a way to create a new company without having the user name and password?

Yes it is possible to create company without username and password in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY and go to company menu and submenu Create Company option in Company menu
Step 2: Now enter Company name and other details and after that click on save option to create company
Step 3: After that select user authentication option as N and then select save option to save changes.

The GST settings are not saving correctly in the software. How can I fix this?

Follow below steps to fix the GST settings correctly in BUSY:
Make you have update your BUSY with latest release.
Step 1: Enable GST in BUSY through administration and select configuration then click on feature/options and go in GST/VAT.
Step 2: Create deafult GST masters.
Step 3: Mention type of dealer and filling frequency.
Step 4: Specify correct GSTN and GST portal username.
Step 5: Save the configuration

To access the admin user and make changes to your company's name in BUSY , follow these steps: 
Step 1: Press Control+U to login from admin user
Step 2: Now mention admin user and password and login company.
Step 3: Now go to company option then select edit company
Step 4: Then change company name and save
Step 5: Also mention yes in update in standard printing option

How to separate financial data from previous years into different files in BUSY
