To create new company you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu and click on Create Company.
Step 2: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Address, GSTIN, etc and save.
Step 3: You can copy configurations and master from existing company if want.
How do I enter my IT PAN number in the software?
To enter your IT PAN number in BUSY Accounting software, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the company in BUSY Accounting Software.
Step 2: Click on Company Menu and then select Edit Company.
Step 3: Enter the IT PAN number and then save the changes.

To change the location of your data in BUSY , follow the step below:
Step 1: After opening BUSY go to set data directory
Step 2: Now Click on the file icon and select the folder where data file is present
Step 3: Now press ok
How much time does BUSY normally take to open reports and transactions for a large company file Is this normal
Its Depend on company Database size. It size is less then will take less time for opening any report. We can check the Database Size in Open Company tick on Show Data Size or Can check in Voucher and Master Statices from Checklist Under Display Menu.
I am unable to edit company address due to i forgot my company user id & password ?
To edit the Company address due to forgot the company user name id and password, Follow these Guidelines :
1. Mail on support@busy.in with serial number and data on company letter head.
2. You will get the revert mail from support within maximum 48 working hours.
How can I withdraw old bills with the old address and print new bills with the updated address?
You have to change adress while printing bills with different address . To change address follow the steps :
Step 1: Go to company configuration then edit company
Step 2: Now change company address and save
Step 3: Select yes in option for update in standard printing option
