What are the different HSN codes for products vs services?
HSN codes for products start with a numerical value other than 9, while SAC codes for services start with the number 9. You can search HSN/SAC codes from the GST Portal or from BUSY itself.
How Can I check all tax rates in BUSY? ?
For check all Tax Rate in BUSY follow these steps:
step 1: Go in administration then go in master
step 2: Go in tax category and click on list and check detail of all tax rate
How do I create a group of salespeople in BUSY
You do not need to specify any group when you create a salesman master in BUSY. Therefore, there is no option to create a salesman group. Furthermore you can create multiple salesman masters as required.
How can we create duplicate item master in BUSY?
In BUSY, Duplicate item masters cannot be created. Each master must have Unique item name and alias although the print name can be the same and this rules is applies to other master as well.
How to add account masters in BUSY.
To add the account master in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select masters option.
Step 2: Then select add button and metion all necessary details.
Step 3: Then click on save button.
The group list seems to be empty even though I created groups. Why are no groups showing?
it is possible that the groups were not saved properly or were not assigned to the correct category. It is recommended to check the settings and ensure that the groups are properly saved and assigned.
How do I change or update distributor contact information in BUSY? Will changing data cause any issues?
If you want to modify distributor contact details in BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step: 1 Go to Administration
Step: 2 Master - account
Step: 3 In account - modify - update distributor contact details.
What are the required fields for creating a new buyer record? Can any be left blank?
The mandatory fields for creating an account master in BUSY are: Name, Group, Country, State and Type of Dealer. Further we recommend to enter all the details such address, GST number (If applicable), Station, Pincode.
