In BUSY, you can not mention the MRP of alternate unit in item master because it can be enter for only main unit.

For change master name go in Administration then go in master, then go in account or item and select master and change name.

If you are not able to enter details in stock items then might be you do not have proper rights to modify them.
If I change the group for an existing account, will it impact the account balances?
Yes, changing the group for an existing account can impact the account balances, of those account in which that group has been tagged.
What details do I need to link the GSP ID with BUSY username, password, etc?
To link the GSP ID with BUSY, you need to enter the GSP username and password in the GSP configuration section of BUSY.
