To find the HSN/SAC code for your service like repairing and maintenance using BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu and select GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 2: Select Search HSN/SAC Code and check the box for Search HSN/SAC Description.
Step 3: Type your service description and click on Search.
Step 4: You will see a list of HSN/SAC codes that match your service. You can choose the appropriate one and enter it in your service item master.

Where can I see the price category for debtors and creditors separately?

To see the price category for debtors and creditors seperately in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Select masters then click on account and choose list option.
Step 3: Select screen option and choose configurable alphabetical then select group of accounts and choose sundry debtors or sundry creditors.
Step 4: Click on select fields button and select price category field then save.
Step 5: After that reload list and you will see price category column.

How to know my item group is primary group or not in BUSY?

If you want to know your item group is primary group or not please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters sub menu
Step 2: Click on item group and open the group from modify or list button
Step 3: Now you will see primary group field in the item group,if it is selected as Y it means its your primary group but if it is selectes as N it mean the item group is not a primary group

Why am I unable to see the party master option in BUSY?

If you unable to view Party master at the time of entering transaction then please follow below steps.
Step 1: Open administration and click on the tab Masters.
Step 2: Click on Account tab and open modify.
Step 3: Open that party master and check the Group of account, it should be Sundry creditor, Sundry debtor, If same is not showing then change the account group.
If you are unable to view the party master then check the list of the Masters and deactive masters list.

How do I create a customer name and add a sale transaction?

To create a customer name and add a sales transactions in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and select masters option.
Step 2: Select account option and click on add.
Step 3: Enter the required details such as name, group, address, etc then save.
Step 4: Now, go to transactions menu then select sales voucher and click on add.
Step 5: Enter all the necessary details such as date, voucher number, sale type, customer name, etc then save.

How do I tag Salesman in the party master ?

To tag Salesman in the party master , please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then select Masters Tab.
Step 2: In the masters, selct Account and click on the Add or Modify option as per your requirement.
Step 3: Here on the Account details show Salesman wise details windw will popup .
Step 4: You have add all sales man details and click on Ok button .
Step 5: And then save the Master click on the save button.

How do I upload materials/inventory into the software?

To upload materials/inventory into the software, you can go to :
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Click on masters
Step 3 : Select item
Step 4 : CLick on add item
Step 5 : From there, you can enter the details of the item, including its name, description, and quantity. You can also upload an image of the item if desired. Once you have entered all the necessary information, you can save the item and it will be added to your inventory.

How can i create a new party account and pick all the details through gst numbe?

To create a new party by pick details through GST number of party, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose account option then select add tab.
Step 3: Now, Press F4 shortcut key then specify the GSTIN and click on validate gstin tab.
Step 4: After validate, party details as per gst registeration will appear. You need to click on update back and quit.
Step 5: Next, check the details and save the master.

How do I check and change the units of measure in your system if needed?

To check unit of items in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item and then click on Modify.
Step 3: Choose your item of which unit you want to check. After open it you can check.
Step 4: To change it click on Check Unit Change and if it allow you to change then change it. Otherwise it will give you error with reason.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

When I enter a bank transaction, how can I see which party and village it belongs to? The village name is not visible in the bank transaction screen.

If you want party Village and pincode of a party while you entering bank transaction then you can you enable show Add. information .in bottom of list from master configuration.so that when you enter or select your party name then party address will appear in the dropdownlist.
Please follow the steps below to enable it:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on configuration
Step 3: Click on master configuration
Step 4: Enable Show add. information in bottom of list and save the configuration.
