To modify an item in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Item.
Step 3: Click on Modify and select the item which you want to modify.
Step 4: After opening it make the necessary changes and save again.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.
How do I add new customers or suppliers in BUSY?
To add new customers or suppliers in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and choose Account option then click on add.
Step 3: Enter the Account name, group,state and type of dealer etc.
Step 4: After entering details save the account master by clicking on save button or using F2 shortcut Key.
Can I import item groups in BUSY through excel?
No, you cannot import item group master from excel in BUSY. Further, you have to create item groups manual in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose item group then click on add to create the item group master.
Step 3: Specify the item name along with other details and save the master.
Does BUSY have the option to update account's details?
Yes, In BUSY you can update account's details by following these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your company.
Step 2: Open your company then go to administration menu and select masters.
Step 3: Select account option then click on modify and choose the account of which details you want to update.
Step 4: After opening it update the necesary details then save the changes.
How do I create a group for my parties/customers?
To create an account group for your parties or customers in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account Group and click to Add.
Step 3: Enter the name of group and you need to set N on Primary Group.
Step 4: Specify Sundry Debtors / Creditors in Under Group field then save.
How do I create a service item in BUSY?
