How do I add more item details in BUSY
If you want to add new Items in BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item and click on Add.
Step 3: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Unit, Hsn Code, Tax Rate, etc and save.
How do I search for items in the software?
Here are some steps to search ITEMS in the BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Masters.
Step 3: Choose Item.
Step 4: Select List.
Step 5: Select the Item name from the list .
Step 6 : On the main page of BUSY you can find Search Menu Button . You can use this option to search Item .
How do I create a party in BUSY
Party refers to Account Master in BUSY.
To Create Party/Account Master in BUSY follow below Steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on Masters
Step 3: Click on Accounts
Step 4: Click on Add
Step 5: Write Name of Supplier
Step 6: Select Group from Dropdown List
Step 7: Fill Other Required Details, i.e. GST Details, Contact Details, Bill by Bill Details etc
Step 8: Click on Save
How do I create an item in BUSY?
To create new item ypu can follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on masters option.
Step 2: Click on item option then click on add option.
Step 3: Fill the required details of item like name, alias, tax category, HSN code etc.
Step 4: Now save the master by clicking on save button and check in the list.

I am unable to add custom tax categories with different names and rates in the software. It only has pre-defined categories. How can I add my own custom tax categories?
To add tax category for Custom,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then click on Master.
Step 2: Now click on Tax Category and click on Add option.
Step 3: Enter name for custom tax and type and then enter tax rate in GST Rate Info for IGST,CGST and SGST and Save the master.
How could i mentioned the pin code in the account master show it can be picked correctly and reduce the chances of errors
There are two ways to mentioned the Pin code in the account masters:
1. Firstly you can mentioned the pin code in account masters mannually and the second one is
2. You can Validate the GSTIN and it can be picked automatically as per GSTIN details.
3. You can choose any option mentioned above as per your convinence.
I'm seeing my freight costs in expenses as negative values in BUSY. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

To add a new client in BUSY. If it gives an error message, you should check the below reason:
1. When you are adding the client, you should click F3 and then from Administration, select Masters, then select Account.
