If you want to see the list of all the items created in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Then click on list button
Step 5: Then click on screen button
Step 6: Then click on standard format option
Step 7: Then click on all items and click on ok button to open the report
I need help configuring tax rates in the software.
To configure the tax rate in BUSY you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters and then click on tax category
Step 2: Then you can modify or add new tax rate as per your requirements
Step 3: Then go to the item master open it and select tax category as per the tax rate you want to specify
and save it
Missing VAT and Petrol Pump options in BUSY. Why?
If you want to enable VAT in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, and click on Features & Options.
Step 2: Click on GST/VAT, then select 'VAT' as the type, and save the configuration.
Step 3: Go to Transactions and enter your invoice under VAT.
Step 4: For petrol, create its item master and enter it under VAT
Is there an option for recurring invoices?
Yes, there are two options for recurring invoices in BUSY.
1 : Duplicate option - You can repeat same voucher in BUSY through pressing f12 on your voucher of which you want to repeat & click on duplicate voucher and and then save the voucher.
2 : Replication feature - the facility to replicate vouchers for different parties on a particular date or for a single party on different dates.
I want to customize my BUSY dashboard. What configuration options are available?
BUSY provides 2 types of dashboard option first one is party dashboard we can configure party dashboard from
Step 1: Go to the Administration, click on conifguration
Step 2: Select feature/option, Click on accounts tab
Step 3: Click configure button for party dashboard and specify your requiurements
Second dashboard is User dashboad, which can be configured from User dashboard option under configuration option.
How can I change date wise HSN code in BUSY software?
If you want to change date wise HSN code please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters submenu
Step 2: Click on item and open the item master from modify or list button
Step 3: Now click on HSN code field and click on check box available at his right
Step 4: Now specify the date and new hsn code and save the item master
How can I modify details like PIN code and station in party master? What is the process for it?
If you want to modify details like-pincode,station in party master follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters option
Step 3: Then click on account
Step 4: Afterwards open the account master from modify or list option in which you want to update pincode,station
Step 5: Then you can specify correct pincode and station in party master and save it
Why does a fixed asset item defined in BUSY still show under expenses, and how can I fix this?
If Fixed Assets item show under expenses in BUSY Follow These Steps:
1.Go to the Administration Select Masters Then click on Items.
2.Then Click on modify & Enter your Master Name.
3.Then Check its Tagging in Specify Sales acc or in Specify Purc Acc.
4.Then Select Specify Here & Tag Your Fixed Assest account & Save the Master.
5.Then Resave the Entry or Check Ledger or Balancesheet.
Where can I find the HSN list in BUSY to view HSN details for my business?
If you want to find the HSN code list in BUSY software please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on miscellaneous data entry
Step 3: Then click on update HSN/SAC description option
Step 4: Then open it
Step 5: Afterwards click on load HSN/SAC codes unit after that you can see all the hsn code list in your BUSY
Why doesn't the customer's GST number automatically populate details in BUSY, and how to fix this?
If the customer's GST number is not automatically populating details in BUSY,
Step1: Run BUSY in latest release various
Step2: it may be because the GST number has not been validated or not entered correctly
Step3: To fix this, validate the GST number and entered correctly then validate.
Step4: It also can be backend issue, wait for some time and the try .
