Is there any limit on the number of items in a sales voucher?how to increase it?
Yes, the default limit for item entries in a sale or any other inventory voucher is 128.
Please follow the steps below to increase it:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click Configuration
Step 3: Click on Maximum. Entries in the voucher and then you can increase the max. item entries up to 999 and then save the configuration
Can I receive notifications when stock levels fall below a certain minimum or re order level?
Yes, you can receive notifications when stock levels fall below a miminum level or re order level during voucher entry. To get warning for critical level, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Click on warning alarm then configure for warning minimum level and re order level then save the configuration.
Im getting an error saying Backup configuration not configured in BUSY how can I fix this
If you are getting error saying backup configuration not configured in BUSY then follow the given steps to solve this
Step 1 Go on administration menu
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on backup configuration
Step 4 Select here folder for data backup and save
It will take backup at time of closing company
The UQC (Unit Quantity Code) is incorrect in my invoice. How do I modify this?
If your are facing and UQC error while generating an E-Invoice from BUSY then follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Transaction menu then click on GST Misc. Utilities.
Step 2. Then click on Update HSN SAC Description then define HSN code wise descirption and click on save button to save the descriptoin on HSN code wise.

To increase the maximum number of entries allowed while creating a purchase invoice in BUSY, you need to follow below mentioned steps.
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Go to Configuration.
Step 3: Open Maximum Entries in Voucher.
Step 4: You can specify maximum number 999 for item entries
Step 5: Save the configuration and check.
How do I update my product master data with HSN codes for e-way bills?
To update hsn code you can follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then click on masters
Step 2: Then select item and open it from modify or list
Step 3: Then open that item master whom hsn code you want to update
Step 4: Then open item master and from hsn code field update the hsn code

Is there any to increase the iten entry grid in vouchers in BUSY?
Yes, maximum you can increase 999 item grid for item entry in vouchers. Further, follow the below steps to increase the maximum item grid:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration section.
Step 2: Choose maximum entries in voucher then specify the number of grid in maximum entries column for item entries and save the configuration.
The voucher is showing accounts I don't need. Please help me remove them.
To remove unwanted accounts from the voucher, kindly follow the step below:

Blocked that unwanted accounts so its not show in voucher to blocked the account
Step1: Go to administration menu.
Step2: Then select the Utilities
Step3: Click on De-Activate Masters
Step4: Select that Account and Item which want to De-Activate Masters and that account not show in voucher
How do I set up warnings for minimum stock level and what are the options available for the number of days in advance for the warning?
To set up warning alarm for minimum stock level, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Warning Alarms.
Step 3: Here, you can set warning for Minimum Level then save.
In BUSY, when item's stock goes to below minimum level then will show warning.
