To enter Station and Pincode in BUSY, Follow these Steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu.

If GST is not calculated below the amount of RS. 14500 there could be a possibility that you are using the change the tax rate on the basis of price  option available in tax category.

How do I restrict negative stock during voucher entry?

To restrict the negative stock for voucher entry, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose warning alarm then select do not allow for negative stock and save the configuration.

Can I run the software on a pen drive?

It is not recommended to run the BUSY directly from a pen drive as it may cause data corruption or loss. However, you can use a pen drive to store backups or transfer data between systems.

Can I get warning for negative stock

Yes you can get warning for negative stock for enable warning of negative stock follow these steps:
1. Go in administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in warning alarms then enable warning for negative stock

How to add custom fields like location and buyer details in BUSY invoices?

Steps to add custom column:
Step 1: open invoice
Step 2: click on custom column in right top side
Step 3: Add column of Location and Buyer details
Step 4: Add setting and press ok

Can one account be split into multiple accounts for sales and purchases?

No such option is available further can create two separate account one for sales and another for purchase but you can bifurcate sale / purchase in BUSY like: Row Material purchase and finished goods purchase.

What kind of dashboards and visualizations can I create in BUSY?

You can create userwise dashboard and partywise dashboard 
where you can view multiple reports like till date sale purchase amount daily cash balance pending order challan report bills payable or receivable reports closing stock details
