If you have made changes in data configuration or deleted anything, the process cannot be undone. However, you can restore the old backup before making any changes or correct the details to their previous state.

How to generate a BC invoice when the option is not visible in the BUSY form?

There is no separate option available for B2C,If your party is unregistered or does not have a GST number and any transaction you make with this Party will automatically be considered as a B2C invoice.

Does the font size adjust automatically based on length of item name in BUSY?

No, the font size adjusts automatically based on the length of the item name in BUSY as you can only mention upto 40 characters in Item name and upto 60 characters in item print name.

When I try to modify an existing item, the pricing and units get messed up. I have to delete and recreate the item to fix it. Is there a better way to handle item modifications?

If you want to modify an existing item you can do, if you think it may occur some issue then you can take the backup of your data before doing any kind of changes

I am unable to find the Bulk Upload option under Administration in BUSY. Where is it located?

Pls follow the below steps to find the bulk updation option in BUSY.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Bulk Updation
Make sure that you should have user rights to view the bulk updation option.

The right format for entering a GSTIN number is a 15 digit alphanumeric number 
so whenever you are entering the GSTIN number in BUSY make sure it should be in 15 digit and alphanumeric

What decimal place settings does BUSY allow for different currencies?

To set decimal according to currency:
Step 1: CLick on administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Features and options
Step 4 : Regional settings
Step 5 : Here set the currency decimal places maximum upto 9and save

Are quantity limits enforced strictly or just warning alerts?

Quantity limits are enforced strictly and will not allow transaction above the set limit only when 
you have enable warning alarms as dont allow for negative stock or minimum or maximum or reorder level

How can i remove pending refrence from BUSY?

To Remove refrence you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Utilities.
Step 3: Select Refrence Management and Clear Refrence.
Step 4: Select Bill wise References.
Step 5: Select range and OK.
