You cannot direct add/remove any coloumn is software it is predefined. Further if wants to add any coloumn you can use voucher optional filed from voucher series configration

What should be done if the name of the item has more than 40 characters and cannot be entered in the name field?
If the item name has more than 40 characters you can enter upto 60 characters of item in print name field that is available in item master.
