If you don't have access rights to modify user accounts in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Close BUSY company
Step 2 : Ask super user to open company with super user name and password.
Step 3 : Now super user will go to administration then users
Step 4 : Click on modify mode and select your user and give permission acess rights as required and click on save button.
Step 5 : Now you sub user can login company and now have rights as required.
Why am I unable to add purchase returns now when I could previously?
unable to add purchase returns now when able to add previously, because of right now you don't have user right to add purchase returns to get rights to add it follow these steps
1. go to the users option under administration
2. open BUSY users and modify relevant user
3. there is option called menu rights
4. expand transaction option then click on purchase return and check all boxes under purchase return
5. save the configuration and check it in transaction menu purchase return option will be visible.
How do I add a user and configured their rights in BUSY?
To create a new user in BUSY, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the company and go to the Administration menu, then click on User and select the Add
option.
Step 2: Enter the name of your sub-user and create a password.
Step 3: Provide the rights for the sub-user under Menu Rights and User Control.
Step 4: Under Menu Rights, tick or untick the options to give or deny rights.
Step 5: Under User Control, set "Y" or "N" in front of the feature to allow or restrict access.

If the payment voucher creation option is not display that means you have logged in the company with sub user in which you are restricted to add payment voucher. Further, follow these steps to provide rights for payment voucher in BUSY:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
