Yes, there are prerequisites for logging in as a super user in BUSY. The super user is created by default when a new company is created and has the right to create other users and grant deny them access to various modules of BUSY. The super user can only be accessed by logging in as the main user or admin of the company.Super user have specific right that user do not have such as custom column in report.only super user can add it.
How do I set the credit limit for a specific party?
To set a credit limit for a specific party in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to the Administration then click on Configurations
Step 2 : Then Features/Options go to Accounts tab and enable the credit limits feature and click on save button.
Step 3 : Then go to administration then masters then account
Step 4 : Click on modify mode open account and select the party and set the credit limit as required as Y with credit limit amount.
Why am I unable to customize the reports in BUSY?
If you are unable to customize the reports in BUSY Accounitng Software,it would be several reasons,you can check these things:
Step 1:If you are using a Basic model of BUSY Accouting software so you cant customize your reports in this model,because the customization of report option is not available in Basic Version.
Step 2:And,if you are a sub user, it may be you dont have rights to customize the report then you can login as admin user and give rights to sub user.
