Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

Why am I getting error related to rights when deleting sales entry in BUSY?

If you are getting an error related to rights while deleting sales entry in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin username and password.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on user
Step 3: Click on modify and select the required user name
Step 4: In menu right, expand the transaction then expand sales option and tick on delete tab .
Step 5: After provide rights, save the user master.

If you are not alowed to delete voucher then login with super user and delete the voucher . To give rights to the subuser follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with Superuser
Step 2: Go to administration then users
Step 3: Select modify and select then subuser you want to give rights for delete voucher
Step 4: In menu rights section below transaction and voucher type tick delete option and save

How can I check my password has been changed successfully?

For check password has been changed successfully follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open company from company menu then go to administration
Step 2: In administration go to user menu and click on modify
Step 3: Select user and change password and click on save
Step 4: After Save password close company and open again with new password
Step 5: If company open successfully with new password means your company password change successfully.

How to give user access to my CA in BUSY?

I'm having trouble adding new vendors/suppliers in BUSY. It's not letting me create new profiles for them.

If you are unable to add the new party master that means you have logged in the company with subuser, having limited rights.
To provide the rights to sub user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to amdinistration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the modify option and access the user in modify mode.
Step 4: Provide the necessary rights and save the configuration.
