Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to configurations - user rights
If you are not seeing some option or features in BUSY then please follow the steps.
Step 1. Open company with super user
Step 2. Go to Administration
Step 3. Then click on Configuration
Step 4. Under configuration click on Features and options then enable features according to your need."
Note .- If some features appear to be hidden, it is suggested that you check the model you are using. If it is a basic
model, you will have access to limited features. In the case of a standard model, you will get access to all the
basic features along with some additional features. If you are using the Enterprise model, you will have the
ability to enable all the features according to your specIfic needs.
To limit edit rights of users for specific modules in BUSY, you can use the Access Rights feature.
Step 1: Within the selected voucher type, configure the voucher series that you want to restrict. Each series represents a unique sequence of voucher numbers.
Step 2 :In the voucher series configuration, specify the basis for restricting backdated entries. You can choose options like "Number of days allowed" or "Disallow backdated entries."
Step .3 :If you selected the option to allow backdated entries, specify the maximum number of backdays allowed.
Step 4: Select the user or users for whom you want to restrict editing rights.
Step 5 :Within the user management settings, configure the user rights to restrict editing vouchers. This might involve setting the user's access rights to "View-Only" or customizing permissions to limit editing capabilities.
If you want to create new user for manager to work in company, then please follow the given
step
Step 1: Go to the administration
Step 2: Then User
Step 3: Then Add and enter then create user name and password and set the rights then save.
Step 4: Then share this credential to your manager to log in with this user to work.
Step 5: Further for create new account to maintain transaction related to manager then
Step 6: Go the the administration and then master then account then add and enter the details.

If you are unable to print invoices from the software, follow these steps.
Step 1. Check your user rights if you are unable to Print from software.
Step 2. Log in as a Super User/Admin User and verify whether you have access to control all settings.
Step 3. Go to the Administration, then click on Users. Select 'Modify,' choose the user, and grant them printing rights.
Step 4. Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer and turned on.
Step 5. Verify that the correct printer is selected in the software's print settings. You can usually access this by going to the "Print" or "Print Setup" option in the software's menu.
Step 6. You can also check by updating printer drivers.
If software is accepting the manually entered purchase rate for an item in voucher it means you have login with subuser and you dont have specific rights of it
To check its restrictions at user level and solve it please follow these steps:
Step 1: Login your company with superuser then Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on users
Step 3: Then click on modify and open the user master in which you are unable to change the price
Step 4: Afterwards you will found the option named allow price change in voucher
Step 5: If this option is selected as N then select it as Y to enable it for the user and save the master
Step 6: Now you will be able to change the price in voucher
To log in directly to the company without the need for a User ID and password, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: First, open the company by entering your User ID and password. Then, go to the Administration menu and click on "User". Select the "modify" option and open the Admin User. Set "User Authentication Required" as "N". This will allow you to log in directly to the company without specifying a user ID and password.
Step 2: If you do not know your User ID and password, you can send us your data with basic details such as your serial number, contact number, and contact name to support@busy.in. We will reset your User ID and password and send them to you within 48 hours.
If you are unable to change the net price of an items in the invoice means you have login with subuser and you dont have specific rights of it

In BUSY, managing user rights involves adding, removing, and assigning permissions. Here are the steps:
To Delete a User:
Open the user in modify mode, then press the F8 shortcut key to delete the user.
To Add a User:
Step 1: Go to Administration -> Users.
Step 2: Click on BUSY Users -> Add.
Step 3: Specify the User Name & Password (remember it for future logins).
Step 4: Provide various permissions as displayed on the user screen.
Step 5: On the right side of the user screen, select the necessary rights for adding, modifying, listing, deleting, viewing, and canceling.

Reasons for not showing the some featuer/module in BUSY:
1. User permissions: If you are logged in with sub user and you do not have rights to add party in BUSY in that case you will not be able to add party in BUSY.
2. Lower model: If you are using the lower model of BUSY like basic in that case too, some feature would not be visible to you.
To get full access rights for particular module/feature in BUSY:
Step 1: Log in company with the super user.
Step 2: Go to administration menu and select users from it.
Step 3: Then click on modify user option and make sure to give permission or full access from menu rights option.
Step 4: Lastly click on save button to save changes.
Super or Admin user in BUSY is a user role that has access to all the features and settings in the software. To access Super or Admin user, you need to log in to BUSY with an account that has Super or Admin privileges.
Also you can check admin user configuration,you can check it in users under administartion in your company.Also note that super or admin user is created at the time of creation of company or later can be enabled in user option under admisnitartion,and in case you forget your admin passowrd or id,then you have to reset your admin user username and password by sending your data on our official mail id support@busy.in and will get data after reset admin user credentials reset.
