How can I give rights to users for making backdated entries in BUSY?

To give rights to users for making backdated entries in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and open sub user
Step 3 : Now click on three dots in right side of restrict back date enteries
Step 4 : Now specify the maximum number of backdays allowed and click on ok and save button.

Why am I unable to save changes made to an invoice?

Due to vary reasons we can not save changes made to an invoice:
First : In Enterprises model of BUSY there's feature of voucher approval, If once voucher has been approved by Authorised user, It can not be Re-save.
Second: Audited voucher can not be modified
Third : In case of User restrictions by Admin user , BUSY not allow to save or complete a sale.

How do I setup and configure users in BUSY?

To setup and configure users in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

While Takking Backup Persmission Error Showing

If while taking backup showing error then it could be possible 
that the user id you are using it dont have the permission of taking backup
follow the steps to solve the issue
1 open BUSY with admin ID
2 Go to administration menu and click on user
3Click on modiFinancial Year and search your user ID then open it
4 enable allow databackup and save

How do I login as the main admin user to make changes I don't have access to as a sub user? What are the admin credentials?

If you want to login with admin user please follow these steps:
Step 1: If your company is already open press shortcut key ALT+U then specify the username and password of admin user
Step 2: If your company is not opened then open the company and while opening company it will ask you for the username and password so specify admin username and password and login accordingly

Why am I unable to save changes to the tax category for a transaction line item in BUSY?

Follow below steps to save changes to the tax category for a tansaction line item in BUSY:
Step 1: Login BUSY with Super user.
Step 2: Go in administration and select useres.
Step 3: Select relevant username and give rights to modify tax category.
Step 4: Save the configuration.
Step 5: Login again with that user and check.

How can I log in as a super user if my rights have been removed?

If your rights have been removed, you will need to log in as the main super user or admin user, who is the super user, to regain access to the sub user rights in BUSY.
Step 1 : Login company with super user then go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode select sub user and regain the rights which has removed and save.

Why am I unable to edit a bill amount that has already been deducted?

If you are unable to edit a bill amount that has already been deductedthen please check the following steps: 
Step 1: Log in with Super user in the company and check the your user permissions .
step 2; Go to Administrations menu and then Users option.
Step 3: Clickl on the modify tab and selct the your user name and check the Transaction Details modification rights.

How can I check the password or permissions of a users account?

To check password and permission of a user ID in BUSY Accounting software, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: You cannot see old password have to change password if forgot old password
Step 5: After opening user master in modify you can check rights and restrictions

How do I disable a user account if someone leaves the company?

If someone left your company, then you can delete their user in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on Modify.
Step 4: Choose the user which you want to delete and after that click on Delete button or press F8.
Note: Take backup of data before deleting.
