1. User rights:If you are logged in with the sub user and you do not have rights to view certain features in that case some feature would not be visible to you.
2. Lower BUSY model:If you are using lower model of BUSY like basic there would be many features which are not visible to you.

I'm trying to setup a new user in BUSY but it's not working. What should I check?

If you're having trouble setting up a new user please ensure below points:
1. Make sure you have provide the necessary permissions to that user
2. Ensure that user authentication is enabled in your company
3. Make sure you have open the correct configuration for the creation of user
