Can you provide guidance on how to do transactions using the admin user?
To add transactions using super user or admin user, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open BUSY company with super user or admin user
Step 2 : Go to transactions then select voucher type and click on add
Step 3 : Fill all necesary details and click on save button to save voucher.
I made changes to some items but they don't seem to be saving properly. I resaved but it's still not working right. Any suggestions?
If you are unable to save item master then it might be possibility, you are logg in with the sub user and have no rights to save the master. However in this case, you will need to logged in with super user credential and give rights to the particular sub user for modifcation
I am unable to export the Outward Supply report. It says "permission denied". How can I resolve this?
If you are getting the permission denied error while exporting the outward supply report in BUSY then check the possible aspects:
1.Ensure to have systematic rights and run BUSY with admininistration.
2.Provide security rights to the folder in which file is exporting.
3.Check the antivirus and exclude BUSY from it.
I only want to show commission amounts to certain users, not everyone. How can I do that?
If You want to set Commission amounts shows user wise Follow these steps:
Step 1: If you are a sub-user, log in to the company as an Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration menu and click on Users.
Step 3: Click on Modify select the user and then give the rights of commision features.
I am having problems setting up and managing users/permissions in BUSY. What should I do?
For managing rights to users in BUSY, please follow below mnetioned steps:
Step 1: Please ensure company is login from Super user.
Step 2: Go to User and then modify user.
Step 3: On the Rights side, expand the feature and tick on options you want to allow for the user and save.
How can I change my password in BUSY and reopen the software afterward?
To change user password in BUSY, you have to follow :
Step 1 : open BUSY
Step 2 : login desired company
Step 3 : click on administration
Step 4 : users
Step 5 : select user
Step 6 : change password and save
