Why am I unable to delete or remove an item added to an invoice incorrectly?

 If you are unable to Delete an item to an invoice,you can check these things:
Step 1:If you are a sub user,so you need you check you have rights,To delete invoices or not.If not you need to login as admin user then go to Administration then users open sub user account in modify mode check in transaction deletion rights give rights then check it again.
Step 2:If your BUSY model is enterpise and you are using voucher Approval feature,You need to check if you have the approvals or not.If you don't,you cant be delete any voucher,you will need to grant rights to the main user.
Step 3:If you are using head office Branch office Feature then you cancheck Branch user rights.

I want to restrict sub-users from changing e-invoice settings in BUSY. How can I do this?

 To restrict sub users from modifying E invoice setting you should follow the steps 
Step1 go to administration menu and click on configuration
Step2 click on feature options and select GST VAT
Step3 Go to required E invoice configuration option
Step4 Make Y on Restrict sub user to modify or delete vouchers whose E invoice is generated
Step5 Go to administration and click on configuration then click on Feature options and
then GST VAT option
Step6 Click on Einvoice required configuration and make Y on Restrict sub users to change E Invoice applicability in vouchers and Make Y on Restrict sub users to modify or delete vouchers
whose E invoice has been generated

How can I define categories for items and set different prices for each category?

 To define categories for items and set different prices for each category in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration then Features/Options
Step 2 : Go to inventory tab then item pricing mode in vouchers and enable multiple price list for items and click on ok and save button.
Step 3 : Then go to administration then masters go to item click on modify mode and press default shortcut functional key F2, it will pop up multiple price list window define different price rates and click on ok and save button."
Step 4 : Now when you add voucher it will ask you category and price will automatically pick as per category define in item master.

I need to edit some transaction details in BUSY but the edit option seems to be disabled. How can I enable editing of transactions?

 Reasons for not showing edit or modify option in transaction are:
1. If you are logged in with sub user and you do not have rights to modify the transactions.
2. If the data is frozen till certain date and you are modify transaction for that transaction.
To resolve this querry you can follow below steps:
step 1: Log in with super user and go to administration menu.
Step 2: Then select users and click on modify option.
Step 3: Now from menu rights option give the relevant permission for modify voucher.
Step 4: For unfreeze data go to administration option then select utilities option.
Step 5: Under utilities option select data freezing option to unfreeze data.

I want to set up multiple user accounts with different access levels in BUSY. How can I do this?

 In BUSY, we can create Mutliple User and can give rights to them as per our requirement that which masters and transaction user can add, modify, delete , view and for which reports the user can check and customize it.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for User Rights :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Users
Step 3: Then Add
Step 4: Create User and Password
Step 5: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view, modify, delete,cancel and same for which reports he want to allow user can view.
Step 6: On Left Side, User Control - Can enable or disable option as per his requirment for user.

I need to setup multi-user access in BUSY. What are the steps to give access to multiple users?

 To set up multi-user access in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and log in as the admin user.
2. Go to the "User Configuration" section.
3. Click on "Create New User" to add new users.
4. Enter the required details for each user, such as username, password, and access rights.
5. Assign the appropriate access levels and roles to each user.
6. Save the user details and repeat the process for each additional user.
7. Once all users are created, they can log in with their respective credentials and access the software simultaneously.
Note: Make sure to assign the necessary access rights and permissions to each user based on their roles and responsibilities within the organization.

How do I restrict users or subusers from accessing or editing past financial years in BUSY

 For restrict users or subusers from accessig or editing past financial years in BUSY you can use data freezing option. Please follow below mention steps for enable data freezing:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Utilities
Step 3:- Data freezing, Select "Fulland press "Y"
Data is freezed no entry can be modified
Futher we have user rights option to in this case you can disable option of change financial year from user subusers. Please follow below mention steps for user rights:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Users
Step 3:- Add Or Modify(if already exists)
In user rights window right hand side option show click on administration and then uncheck option change F.Y. and save when user login with his id password previous financial year will not show.
